HEAD to the Kedron-Wavell Services Club on June 27 as Tempus Two winemaker Scott Comyns (pictured) plans to take palates on a vinous journey.
He will educate on five Tempus Two wines and provide food-pairing suggestions, specially prepared for the night by the executive chef of Kedron Wavell Services Club.
Comyns’ passion for wine was influenced by his parents. He worked his way around Australia, seeking out roles that allowed him to develop a real, hands-on appreciation of regional differences.
