EVENT Cinemas Robina has launched a new menu to complement its corporate events packages.

Corporate sales manager Sophie Forsyth says the new menu will tantalise while the big screen action will entertain – a perfect combination.

“There are affordable packages available with Asian-inspired items including the Roadside Wagyu sliders on brioche with French fries,” she says.

Guests can opt for Gold Class sundaes with vanilla bean ice cream, warmed Boston brownie sundaes with candied walnuts, Belgian waffles and white chocolate Framboise are on the menu.

Or relax and enjoy a glass of Moet Chandon Brut Imperial from France, Chandon Brut from the Yarra Valley or Emeri Sparkling Pink Moscato from Victoria.

Robina has three Gold Class auditoriums each of which have 40 reclining chairs and access to a private lounge and bar offering food, alcoholic beverages and a waiter service.

Forsyth says the auditoriums are suitable for presentations, workshops, meetings and exclusive movie nights.

“We also have all packages available for Christmas functions and events. Clients can show advertising, presentations or logos before the movie starts. Guests may also use our private Gold Class lounge for pre movie canapés or drinks,” she says.

A live screening of the Red Hot Chili Peppers performing I’m With You will be in Gold Class on October 4 and 5, while the Phantom of the Opera celebration of 25 years will be shown from October 13 to 19.

The Cancer Council of Queensland is organising a Girls Night In on October 24, while I Don’t Know How She Does It starring Sarah Jessica Parker will be featured at Chicks At The Flicks on October 26.
