As a former member of the Australian Army, in mid-2020 Grant Joy co-founded his national security advisory firm Protegas Australia with Jerome Mullan and Nic Gould, with a primary market of mostly Commonwealth and state government agencies. Protegas provides intelligence managed services, through the collection of open source, imagery and geospatial intelligence, in-house analysis and in-house production.

They claim their brand is “exquisite” compared to others in the Australian market, aimed at women who want “quality, classy, timeless and sophisticated designs without the hefty price tag”.

After suffering from a knee injury that resulted in getting surgery, Frisken discovered the therapeutic benefits of reformer Pilates – a style of exercise known for its slow, controlled movement to improve muscle tone and strength.

Wanting to share her health journey with others, she opened the first Muse studio five years ago in Sydney’s Dulwich Hill. Since then, the company has grown to operate 11 studios across NSW and the ACT.

Off the back of his agency’s success, Sanders, who was homeless when he founded his company in 2016, also went on to set up Hawk Academy in 2020 to showcase his learnings via an online education program.
