BANYO WAREHOUSE SECURED BY AUTO COMPANIES

ACTION Mechanical Specialists (AMS) and Juratek Australia have secured an adjoining tenancy through Ray White Industrial Milton.

The two automotive component companies have taken out a five year lease with a five year option at the Banyo industrial warehouse on Brisbane’s north-side.

Ray White Industrial’s Paul Anderson says the request made by the two companies to be able to maintain their individual presence whilst remaining in proximity to one another required innovation when working on the site.

“The owner agreed to invest the money to install a dividing partition and to renovate the offices which in turn made the site fit this requirement perfectly,” says Anderson.

“Creativity like this is breathing life into old stock and getting deals done.”
