The Australian Young Entrepreneur Awards have recognised the country's most promising business founders for nearly two decades, forming a cornerstone of Business News Australia's 21-year commitment to public interest journalism.

Since expanding nationally in 2018, the awards operate across five ceremonies in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and the Gold Coast, with regional winners progressing to the Australian Young Entrepreneur Awards national final. Each year, finalists compete across 20 categories for national recognition, judged by an independent panel of successful business leaders.
