MCINNES WILSON RE-STRUCTURES TO MEET DEMAND

MCINNES Wilson Lawyers (MWL) has appointed two new Principals to its senior leadership team, to meet demand of its clients.

Ciaran Houston (pictured left) has been appointed Principal of Planning and Environment while Pierce Carstensen (pictured right) appointed Principal of the firm's new Family Law practice.

"We see the appointment of Pierce as a strategic and complimentary addition to our suite of services offered to our private clients," says CEO of MWL, Paul Tully.

"This appointment also reflects our ability to structure our business to meet the needs of our clients and we look forward to Pierce's contribution to the long term growth in this area."

Carstensen has experience in representing clients in all aspects of family law, including matrimonial property settlements, matters involving children, binding financial agreements, collaborative law and child support.

"In addition, our appointment of Ciaran is not only a reflection of his skill and expertise but also in response to our growing planning and environment practice," says Tully.

"The firm is extremely positive about the property industry and through Ciaran's appointment we are gearing up our resources to meet the demands of our clients."

Houston has experience in planning and environment matters and specialises in the areas of local government, planning, environment and compulsory acquisition law.
