Rainbow Bay back on the map

CONSTRUCTION has started on a $20 million Maili apartment project by Nu Developments, just 100m from the famous Rainbow Bay and Snapper Rocks beaches.

The centrally located project is situated on a 1425sqm site and comprises four exclusive townhouses with their own plunge pools, five luxury one-per-floor sky homes and two multilevel premier penthouses in a 10-storey tower.

Renowned Tweed developer and Nu Developments managing director Craig Paddison, says Rainbow Bay beachside is experiencing a fast revitalisation.

“We are excited to see construction on site and we are looking forward to bringing Maili to Rainbow Bay by the middle of next year,” he says.

A strong off-the-plan sales run has resulted in just five luxury apartments remaining.

”With its pristine location, breathtaking ocean views, and close proximity to stylish shopping and dining it’s not surprising to see why,” he says.
