SELLOUT CEMENTS ALDERLEY'S HOTSPOT STATUS

ALDERLEY has proved to be a property hotspot for Brisbane-based boutique developer Mosaic Property Group which has all but sold out of two projects within weeks of their respective launch.

The projects - Cove on Camborne and Botanica on Quarry - represent a $13 million investment in the north-western suburb, which Mosaic managing director Brook Monahan says is benefitting from a public works program by the city council.

"Alderley is currently undergoing a significant transformation of its vital infrastructure as part of Brisbane City Council's Suburban Centre Improvement Project program, which will oversee the $5.3 million refurbishment of the Alderley Shopping Centre and significant improvements to local streetscape," Monahan says.

"Mosaic sees huge potential in Alderley's high demand market, proven by strong sales results on both of our projects within weeks of being released to the market from buyers seeking to take advantage of the Alderley's growth opportunities."

Following strong presale interest, the newly completed Cove on Camborne's 13 luxury boutique residences sold out within six weeks, with significantly more enquiries received in the lead up to the official sales launch.

"Our most recent development in the area, Botanica on Quarry, sold more than three-quarters of apartments ahead of the official launch with only one luxury three-bedroom apartment remaining," Monahan says.

"The success of both projects signals demand from buyers looking to take advantage of larger and higher quality apartments, along with Alderley's excellent public transport connectivity, proximity to vibrant café precincts and more than 30ha of parklands."

Mosaic Property Group's portfolio of projects across Brisbane's city-fringe suburbs abide by the developer's strict design principles, with all Mosaic developments boasting high-end finishes and fixtures.
