ROBINA Town Centre is bringing an exclusive first to cinema going in Queensland with the unveiling of Australia’s first Event Cinemas.
Event Cinemas Robina opens on May 29 at Robina Town Centre in the new entertainment and dining precinct. Event Cinemas is Australia’s first fully digital cinema complex and will include VMAX, Gold Class and 3D.
VMAX auditoriums will deliver maximum impact and feature stadium seating, a giant state-of-the-art 25m silver screen capable of showing the latest in digital 3D films including upcoming blockbusters like Terminator Salvation, Transformers 2 and Ice Age 3. VMAX seats have been exclusively designed to provide additional comfort through extra seat space, contoured high backs, tables and double the amount of leg room.
Gold Class features the finest cinema experience with a luxurious lounge, premium menu, and table service.  Event Cinemas Robina will have three 40-seat Gold Class Cinemas offering the most opulent cinema experience available.
As well as being the first fully digital cinema in Australia, Event Cinemas Robina will have reserved seating so guests are able to book their favourite seat online. Guests will also be spoilt for choice with premium food and beverage options with the fully licensed Set Café and Bar as well as an extensive hot and cold food offering in Scoop Alley.
