CREEVEY RUSSELL LAUNCHES DEBT RECOVERY SERVICE

CREEVEY Russell has unveiled the newest arm to its range of commercial services, with a promise to plug up the time sink that many businesses face when it comes to chasing down assets.

Principal Dan Creevey says the firm's new debt recovery department's primary focus will be to assist clients in improving business cashflow and chasing down unpaid invoices.

"Creevey Russell Lawyers are proud to announce we have launched our new debt recovery arm as a part of the suite of services we offer to our valued clients," says Creevey.

"Our debt recovery team is dedicated to delivering the best possible results in a cost-effective manner.

"We aim to help businesses operate to their optimum level by enabling them to focus on their business operations, not chasing debts."

While larger corporations may not feel an overly harsh sting when it comes to unpaid debts due to large in-house teams dedicated to the recovery process, Stanton says many smaller businesses often waste precious time on pursuing unpaid invoices.

"Medium and small businesses do not always have the resources to pursue the slow payers or bad debts," he says.

"This is where Creevey Russell can help. Our offer to clients includes a letter of demand at no cost as well as two follow-up phone calls to the debtor.

"Should this fail to get a result we have a fixed-fee system in place to commence legal proceedings."
