ARDENT LEISURE APPOINTS NEW THEME PARKS CEO

ARDENT Leisure Group (ASX: AAD) has announced a new CEO of the Theme Parks division following the resignation of Todd Coates.

Craig Davidson (pictured) will commence the role in late August. Most recently, Davidson was executive general manager destination development at Tourism Australia and brings experience to the role having been responsible for the operations of the Voyages Hotels and Resorts portfolio and Hamilton Island.

In a statement released today, AAD thanked Coates for his contribution. Coates will continue in the role until July 29 before pursuing opportunities in Sydney.

Davidson was unavailable for comment when contacted today.
