BRISBANE'S ALTO & TENOR PROVES IN TUNE WITH BUYERS

MORE than 60 per cent of apartments in the Alto & Tenor development fronting Red Hill's Upper Clifton Terrace and Lower Clifton Terrace have sold.

The two art-deco-inspired buildings with dual street frontage will see with the majority of apartments enjoying uninterrupted views of Brisbane's CBD.

With demolition of existing infrastructure already underway, developer Property Solutions will start construction of 19 one, two and three-bedroom apartments immediately.

Property Solutions managing director David Blanck says the market had responded eagerly to Alto & Tenor's boutique scale and inner city location.

"We've experienced significant interest from the local market as these buyers appreciate the rarity of the offering and the value of the Red Hill location right on the doorstep of the CBD."

Property Solutions has been established in Brisbane for 25 years and has a workbook of more than 150 completed projects.
