Busy month for UDIA

Etiquette guru’ Anna Musson will run her eye over the Gold Coast’s women next month for the Urban Development Institute of Australia (UDIA).
The no-nonsense radio and TV personality will pull no punches in dishing out professional manners and tips on avoiding a workplace faux pas at a function titled ‘business etiquette for the working woman’.
The breakfast, at Crowne Plaza Surfers Paradise on Wednesday May 13 will be hosted by Gold Coast UDIA’s Women in Development Committee.
Not to be outdone, the UDIA’s young up-and-comers, the Urban Edge committee, will have a heavy workload throughout next month.
The young committee’s latest venture, on-line university-based newsletter The Scene, has already gathered much interest from Griffith and Bond university students who believe it will be a great outlet to share ideas, read about friends and ex-graduates and discover new happenings in the local industry. The Scene will be launched at a free night of drinks and canapés at the UDIA Boardroom, Tuesday May 19 at 50 Cavill Avenue Surfers Paradise.
