CHERY AND SSANGYONG LAND AT BRUCE LYNTON

BRUCE Lynton Prestige Automotive has tapped into a new market, introducing two new brands to the Southport showroom.

Chery and Ssanyong have been added to the group’s wide prestige offering, heralding a new era for the group.

Dealer principal Beric Lynton says taking on the new brands was a strategic decision.

“Customers are seeking a reliable vehicle with a wide range of options at a very reasonable price,” says Lynton.

The group has experienced General Manager, Damien Holley, managing the brands.

“I have seen a number of additions to the group over the years and this segment allows us to reach out to new customers with a high level of customer service,” says Holley.

“The Bruce Lynton group are family owned and operated and offer their customers the experience that comes with 39 years of business knowledge on the Gold Coast & Northern NSW.”

One of the best value car brands to hit Australia, the Chery J1 opens at just $9990 drive away. The hatch represents the Chery philosophy of reliable, compact cars with a 1.3L four cylinder engine, alloy wheels, ABS/EBD, fog lamps, electric windows and more.

With a little more space, the Chery J3 five door hatch was designed by renowned automotive designer Pininfarina. It represents great value for size with a 1.6L engine capacity at $12,990 drive away. It features leather trim seats, reversing sensors, climate control, alloy wheels and auto lights.

The pick of the SUV models is the Chery J11 with a 2.0L engine, leather appointed seats and alloy wheels. Available with a manual transmission for $17,990 or $19,990 for the automatic, the J11 is one of the best value SUVs on the market.

Every Chery comes with a three year/100,000km warranty.

Also new to the showroom floor, the Ssangyong brings performance, styling and technological prowess. The Ssangyong Korando starts at just $23,990 drive away.

The Korando features six airbags as standard along with a multi-function Electronic Stability Program and Anti-Rollover Protection. All models from the base Korando S Petrol to the AWD Korando SX Diesel include bluetooth, cruise control, electronic brake force distribution, reverse parking sensors and a five year/100,000km warranty.

For more power, the Ssangyong Actyon sports a two litre turbo-charged diesel engine with 114kW of power and 360Nm of torque. Buyers have a choice of 4X2 or 4X4 and a six-speed manual or six-speed automatic transmission.

The Actyon also boasts impressive cabin features with Bluetooth phone connectivity with wireless music streaming, mp3 player, USB connection and multi-function trip computer, for $26,990 drive away.
