A $105 million Gold Coast luxury apartment project has been unveiled by property developer Devine Development Group today.

Set on the Burleigh Heads beachfront, the Alba Residences will comprise full-floor and half-floor apartments over 21 levels, priced from $2.25 million.

Well-known property developer and head of the Devine Development Group David Devine said the Alba would be an enduring apartment project for Burleigh Heads.

"We have worked for a long time to bring a project together that epitomises beachfront apartment living and Alba is the creation of that," Devine said.

"We believe is it a fantastic time to enter the market. Burleigh Heads is undoubtedly one of the most sought after residential locations for the luxury downsizer anywhere in Australia and there is certainly currently a shortage of new apartment product tailored to this market.

"Interstate migration to the Gold Coast is very strong as is the value that the Gold Coast offers compared so the southern states. The market is certainly leading the way nationally."

Award-winning architectural firm Bureau Proberts has designed the building, with interiors to be furnished by Mim Design.

Boasting custom-designed kitchens, expansive suites, and an array of amenities including a pool and a gym, Devine says residents will have an "unrivalled lifestyle of luxury".

Once complete, the tower will feature views across the Gold Coast headlands and the Burleigh Heads National Park.
