DI BELLA SHARES RECIPE FOR SUCCESS

DI BELLA SHARES RECIPE FOR SUCCESS
BRISBANE Business News Young Entrepreneur finalist Phillip Di Bella (pictured) has launched a new book titled Entrepreneurial Intelligence, with author Allan Bonsall.

The Di Bella Coffee founder, along with brand strategist Bonsall, wanted to discover why 30 per cent of new businesses fail within their first year.

“Entrepreneurial Intelligence is the result of two years investigation into the formula that makes successful entrepreneurs tick,” Di Bella says.

“It is a formula based on my personal business philosophies that saw me succeed with both Di Bella and My Crop to Cup and it is surprisingly simple.

“By developing the formula, Allan and I hope to have articulated those philosophies in a way that is within reach of all budding entrepreneurs, as anyone who is taking the next step in developing or expanding their business.”

Bonsall says there are four main aspects of the formula and they have been tested against some of the world’s most successful business leaders.

“The formula: vision, passion, brand and emotional intelligence have been developed to provide a new and enlightened way of looking at entrepreneurship and they provide an insight into what it is that makes entrepreneurs successful.”

He says the book isn’t an instruction manual, but a simple formula to “achieving start-up business and entrepreneurial success”.
