The Fair Work Act, which became law on July 1, is the second major overhaul to workplace relations in Australia. As an employer these changes will significantly impact how you approach developing awards, collective bargaining, union involvement and your obligations under unfair dismissal laws. CCIQ will be conducting free information sessions around the state from August to December.
