FAMILY HOME GETS THE NORCON TOUCH

FAMILY HOME GETS THE NORCON TOUCH

THIS family home has received a major upgrade under the expertise of Norcon Building & Constructions.

The five-month project at Windsor involved a double-storey extension at the back of the property to maximise utility and storage space.

The house's existing features have been maintained, while additions include a main bedroom, laundry, two bathrooms, second living area and swimming pool in the backyard.

Clever design features have opened the living spaces even further, complete with contemporary style that will stand the test of time.

Norcon Building & Constructions director Luke Phillott says the successful outcome of the project speaks for itself, with several clients being invited to tour the house and see the product first-hand.

"We try to get our clients through one or two properties we have completed, on the proviso they'll let others visit once its completed," Luke says.

"It's a great system to build confidence with people during the early stages, so they can see the craftsmanship from the get go. It's always nice of people to let you tour their house.

"The clients were extremely happy at the end of the day and the project had the whole street talking."
