FINAL PENTHOUSES RELEASED AT MON KOMO

FINAL PENTHOUSES RELEASED AT MON KOMO

KYKO Group has released its three final penthouses at the Mon Komo development, valued up to $1.3 million.

A growing demand for luxury property in South East Queensland has resulted in the release of three penthouses ranging in size from 148 to 247sqm at Mon Komo.

The development consists of a mix of 184 luxurious residential and short stay apartments spread over two 12-level towers.

The release follows Kyko Group’s recent sale of two three-bedroom penthouses contributing to a total sales figure close to $2 million, indicating a shift in the high end market.

The developer released the final three penthouses as a result of increased buyer enquiries, according to Mon Komo’s marketing manager and TOTAL Property Group’s managing director Adrian Parsons.

“Our remaining penthouses offer the best and most luxurious waterfront living options in Redcliffe and inspections will deliver the wow factor that potential buyers are looking for in a prestige purchase,” says Parsons.

“From both a financial and lifestyle viewpoint these penthouses offer the perfect opportunity for an astute investor to capitalise on an exceptional development.”

Starting from $765 000, the penthouses feature 3.5m glass walls, timber flooring, large bedrooms and ocean views.
