ZARRAFFA’S Coffee stores are as ubiquitous as the man behind the brand and while 50 outlets is a target before the close of 2011, CEO Kenton Campbell (pictured) is introspective when considering the big picture.

“I always dreamed that I had something big in me, but it has become bigger than I have ever imagined,” he says.
