HAMILTON REACH SCORES NEW TOWER

HAMILTON REACH SCORES NEW TOWER

FRASERS Property Australia is adding to its Hamilton Reach community with a new apartment block.

The $900 million Hamilton Reach pocket in Brisbane's inner north will be the beneficiary of Riverlight, a selection of one, two and three-bedroom apartments. Apartments start at $420,000.

The developer has been credited with transforming the Northshore Hamilton precinct into a sought-after city fringe residential enclave.

Cameron Leggatt, general manager of residential Queensland at Frasers Property, says the stage release follows years of 'outstanding results'.

"Since 2011, we've achieved more than $240 million in sales and transformed an area into one of the most desirable neighbourhoods in south east Queensland," says Leggatt.

"Riverlight's stunning views, luxury design and sought-after location is unmatched within Brisbane's Northshore and we are thrilled to bring this new style of product to the established Hamilton Reach precinct.

"The release will be an extension of the quality, style and exclusivity that buyers have come to expect at Hamilton Reach."

Frasers Property incentivises with all buyers automatically joining Frasers Property Prosperity program and receiving a price reduction for all future property purchases and priority notification of new releases.

Hamilton Reach is an established master planned community located within the Northshore Hamilton Urban Development area, one of Australia's largest waterfront urban renewal projects.
