HOMEWORLD HELENSVALE UNVEILS HEALTH PRECINCT

HOMEWORLD Helensvale has unveiled a new 2,700sqm health and lifestyle precinct to be developed at Helensvale.

Known as Stage 6, the new development will be located adjacent to the successful Homeworld Medical precinct along Hope Island Road.

Homeworld asset manager Linda Durant says interest in the latest development was already strong.

"We announced the latest stage this month and already we have had strong interest from medical practitioners and allied health specialists," Durant says.

"The development is in a prime location, positioned within the northern Gold Coast's population growth corridor.

"The existing Homeworld Centre already attracts approximately 1.8 million cars and the positioning of Stage 6 with direct frontage to Hope Island Road, presents a really attractive offering for future tenants.

"The new precinct also offers ample car parking and is supported by the adjacent range of supplementary tenancies including food and coffee providers and an existing pharmacy."

Stage 6 of the Homeworld Helensvale site is the next stage of the Homeworld master plan to be developed over coming years.

It is expected that construction on the Stage 6 development will be completed by mid, 2017.
