LFF SHIFTS TO NEW BUSINESS PROPERTY HOTSPOT

A NUMBER of lessees within Brisbane’s leading industrial centers have decided to make the move to Eagle Farm in the pursuit of better quality spaces and business fronts.

Among the shifting companies is global pipe supplier LFF Australia whom have closed the deal with property management and real estate company CBRE Industrial & Logistic Services for the lease of a 1680sqm warehouse facility in Eagle Farm.

Sam Higgins from CBRE’s Industrial & Logistics Services team says the property is an ideal facility, far outstripping the quality of the number of modern industrial spaces that do not meet required specifications.

According to Higgins, the standard of the newly acquired warehouse is a more than suitable location from which LFF can increase and maintain its global presence.

“LFF required a tilt slab warehouse but needed the facility to present to its clientele in a similar manner to corporate standard,” Higgins says.

The LFF Group is a major supplier of pipes, fittings, flanges and valves in a variety of materials to the oil, gas, petrochemical, power and water industries around the world.
