ROY Hall co-founded HFI Group in 2003 with no client base.
After 10 years in business, the financial services group has grown to incorporate four professional companies with more than 4500 clients and a workforce of 15.
Hall says his vision was to establish a company that made doing business simple.
"Life is too busy and I want people to concentrate on what they do best and let me and my team do what we do best," he says.
"I am very passionate about my industry and want to help people to protect themselves and their businesses and families with the right insurance."
The independent firm specialises in solutions for insurance, finance, financial planning, investments, superannuation and accounting.
