MANTRA SECURES SECOND INDONESIAN PROPERTY

MANTRA Group has continued its foray into the Asian market, signing Sentosa Seminyak in Indonesia under the Peppers name.

The villa is the second Indonesian property for the hotel operator, following the opening of Mantra Nusa Dua in late 2012.

Chief Bob East says it will be rebranded in March, adding to the boutique collection of 29 resorts across Australia and New Zealand.

“We are very proud to have a resort the quality of Sentosa Seminyak carry the Peppers name.

“To see the brand evolve from a group of small business boutique retreats nearly 30 years ago to then include larger scale resorts in Australia and New Zealand, and now move into Asia is a historic occasion,” he says.

Peppers Sentosa Seminyak comprises 49 multi-bedroom villas, each equipped with private swimming pools.

Mantra is expected to announce another two projects planned for Indonesia in the first half of 2014.
