SERVICED office company Corporate Executive Offices (CEO) has expanded its operations and taken a long-term lease on the top two floors of Corporate Centre Two at Bundall.
CEO has leased 824 sq m on level nine and a further 817 sq m on level 10, developed by the Brisbane-based Trident Corporation.
After a substantial fit-out, the two floors are being sublet as serviced offices. One person offices are available from $180 per week. Offices for two people cost $220 per week, three people from $300 per week and four people $450 per week.
Managing director Jenny Folley, says the company would rent fully furnished offices for up to 20 people and offer full reception and secretarial support.
“Our business centres are designed to provide almost any sized company with quality office space without forcing them into lengthy commercial leases,’’ says Folley.
“Essentially you get the A-grade address without the need for long legal commitments or the hassle and expense of fitting out an office for yourself.
“During our 20 years in business, we have seen the demand for serviced offices grow substantially throughout Australia and overseas as business owners realise the flexibility, convenience, and the benefits that they provide.”
Folley says CEO had watched the Gold Coast commercial property market for several years and believed the timing was right.
“We feel that the economy is picking up and we are starting to see the re-emergence of numerous start-up companies,’’ she says.
“There are also a lot of companies that have downsized during the worst of the global financial crisis but they have survived and they are now coming to the end of their commercial lease.
“Owners of these businesses are more hesitant to lock themselves into long-term leases until they get a clearer picture of how their market and their companies are performing. That is where we can fill the void for many companies.”
