Jones says it was vacant for a long period of time, before she started the marketing campaign in February.“Protect Ensure was seeking larger premises and had the property under offer within a few weeks of it being listed and following lease negotiations, we settled on April 1.
“The refurbished office space includes approximately 77.9sqm of offices on the ground floor and a mezzanine area of approximately 244.5sqm,” she says.Jones says the warehouse is about 163.4sqm with a container height roller door and also comes with four dedicated car spaces.
