RAY WHITE LAUNCHES NEW LOOK COMMERCIAL MAGAZINE

RAY White Commercial Gold Coast has launched a new look commercial magazine.

Commercial Yield will feature case studies on recent sales, regular features, property management profiles and commentary on issues relevant to the real estate industry, as an addition to the existing property advertisements.

Ray White Commercial Gold Coast director Gregory Bell says the magazine will be a go-to guide for those with an interest in commercial and industrial property on the Gold Coast.

“The release of this magazine follows an exciting start to the year in the Gold Coast’s commercial real estate sector,” says Bell.

“As the leaders in commercial and industrial real estate on the Gold Coast, we have noticed a huge lift in tenant and buyer enquiry through our offices. This trend started in the last quarter of 2013 and has flowed through to the New Year – a promising sign for a slow but sure market recovery.”

The magazine was deliberately launched in conjunction with the group’s annual auction showcase, The Event, which features upwards of 120 commercial, industrial, residential and prestige properties.

Commercial Yield is published by Business News Publications, the publisher of Gold Coast Business News, Brisbane Business News and Queensland Business News.
