RFG PIZZA DUO SATISFY MASSES

TWO of Retail Food Group’s (ASX: RFG) franchises, Crust Gourmet Pizza and Pizza Capers, have scored the top spots for customer satisfaction in a survey conducted by Roy Morgan Research.

Crust was given a 91 per cent satisfaction rating in the survey of more than 9000 customers in May this year.

Pizza Capers was ranked second, with both franchises lifting their customer satisfaction levels from the previous month.

May is the second month in a row that Crust has taken top spot in the survey of quick-service restaurants (QSR), knocking out Subway which previously rated best at 88 per cent in March.

The popularity coup has coincided with Crust introducing a new menu in April, but Michael Logos, the QSR divisional director at Retail Food Group says the growing satisfaction with the brands comes from extensive research into consumer tastes.

“RFG’s QSR division is focussed on enhancing our customer’s experiences through new product development, digital development and customer service excellence,” says Logos.

“Our brands put the customer at the centre of every initiative they launch, and we undertake extensive research to understand each brand’s individual customer’s needs.”

The Southport-based Retail Food Group operates 164 Crust stores and 148 Pizza Capers outlets, along with a range of high-profile brands including Brumby’s Bakeries, Michel’s Patisseri and Donut King.
