BARRY.NILSSON. Lawyers has ushered in two internal promotions, Amanda Cann and Hannah Savins, to senior associate in its insurance and health practice.
Cann commenced with the firm in 2007 and has since developed strong working relationships, as well as analytical and communication skills while working with the firm's insurance clients.
Savins rejoined the team earlier this year following two years working in strategic claims management for an insurer in British Columbia, Canada.
Savins worked for Barry.Nilsson. Lawyers between 2008 and 2011, accruing a wealth of insurance industry and commercial knowledge.
Of the appointments, managing partner Don Leembruggen says they will back up the firm's goal in remaining Queensland's leading insurance law firm.
"I congratulate Amanda and Hannah on their well-deserved promotions," says Leembruggen.
"Both are accomplished lawyers who have already made a large contribution to the ongoing success of the firm.
"Amanda and Hannah's developing practice will continue to support our goal in remaining Queensland's leading insurance law firm."
