The Multicultural Professional Network (MPN) has successfully concluded its fourth Annual Gala Dinner, marking the organisation's first flagship Gala to be held in Sydney. Hosted at Salesforce Tower, the event brought together leaders from government, business and the community sector to celebrate inclusive leadership, social impact and cross-sector collaboration.
The evening welcomed The Hon. Julian Hill MP, Federal Member for Bruce and Assistant Minister for Citizenship, Customs and Multicultural Affairs, and Assistant Minister for International Education. His remarks highlighted the Australian Government's continued commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion and the importance of opportunities for all Australians.
The Gala also welcomed Alex Greenwich MP, Member for Sydney, and NSW Small Business Commissioner Kalina Koloff, whose participation reinforced the importance of collaboration between government, business and community organisations in creating inclusive economic opportunities.
A highlight of the evening was the presentation of the MPN Impact Awards, recognising organisations demonstrating outstanding leadership in social and environmental impact.
The event was made possible through the support of MPN's partners and sponsors, including Salesforce, Sydney FC, Lindt & Sprüngli, Spotlight Retail Group (SRG), Harbour Trust, Goodwill Wine, Verve Portraits and Deep Grey Photography.
Guests also enjoyed live entertainment, networking opportunities and fundraising activities in support of MPN's Social Impact Program.
"We were delighted to bring our Gala Dinner to Sydney for the first time and to see leaders from government, business and the community sector come together in support of a shared vision for inclusion and social impact," said Nora Fraser, Chief Executive Officer of MPN.
"The evening demonstrated the power of collaboration in bringing together leaders committed to creating opportunities and recognising purpose-led leadership."
Funds raised during the Gala will support MPN's Social Impact Program, continuing the organisation's commitment to positive community outcomes through partnerships and purpose-led initiatives.
As MPN continues to grow its national presence, the organisation remains focused on connecting professionals, influencing inclusive policy and delivering measurable social impact through collaboration across business, government and the community sector.
