"I'm more excited about this event than perhaps I have ever been to deliver an event in the last 15 years," says Jack Delosa, founder of The Entourage.

Investor, five-time AFR Young Rich Lister and founder of business training community The Entourage, Jack Delosa, is back with a new two-day event - but leave your expectations at home; it's a whole new experience from the entrepreneur.

Called The Elevated Entrepreneur Experience, the two-day online event will take a group of seven- and eight-figure business owners and founders on a guided journey to build an identity that brings two worlds together: the world of business and entrepreneurship with the realm of consciousness, personal development and human potential.

To be held digitally on 24 and 25 August, the Experience has been crafted by Delosa himself and draws upon techniques and lessons he has learnt over the course of his life, and were previously only taught to The Entourage members.

Speaking to Business News Australia, Delosa says the Experience is being held at the perfect time for founders who may be struggling to manage a distressed business during this time of crisis in Australia.

"A lot of business owners are understandably really challenged by what's going on," says Delosa.

"About 90 per cent of the toll on an entrepreneur is personal, it's the emotional angst, it's the worry, it's the stress, it's the shame.

"So The Elevated Entrepreneur Experience is a response to the times that we find ourselves in. The event is all about: how do you fill your own cup? How do you build your own resistance? How do you create a vision for where you want yourself and the business to go from here?"

The event is an immersive, full-spectrum experience that fuses eastern philosophies with western frameworks, exploring the latest technologies in personal development, to a deep understanding of consciousness, meditation and guided visualisation exercises.

Jack says the opportunity is somewhat like a 'coming out' moment for him, with hopes the attendees will embrace the concepts he holds dear to him and that he attributes much of his success to.

"Combining consciousness with commerce is something I've been practising for about 15 years. For me it's always been the underpinning of everything I've done," he says.

"I've always been obsessed with human behaviour and human potential, and that's led me all around the world to engage with some of the best coaches; whether that's spending a month in India at a place called O&O Academy where a lot of highly successful CEOs and celebrities from America go and train.

"I've been in deep meditation work and understanding Vedic philosophies for the last five years. I've been doing meditation retreats in Bali and Byron Bay. I'm constantly interacting with psychotherapists and psychologists, and the latest and cutting-edge research in neuroscience and neuroplasticity."

And while knowing about the concepts is useful, what Delosa hopes to impart is how to apply these methods to business leaders who know plenty about how to run a company, but might struggle with their mindset.

"It starts with getting clear on who you want to be, what kind of life you want to live, and what business you want to build," says Delosa.

"It would surprise you how many people aren't yet clear on that."

So what can attendees of The Elevated Entrepreneur expect from the two-day event? According to Jack, it's an opportunity amid the chaos to really form the best version of themselves.

"Attendees can expect a very immersive experience," he says.

"I'll be leading them through their own journey where they will be getting clear on the vision that they hold for their life, realising any roadblocks or incongruence that might be stopping them from moving forward in different areas of their life, and learning the strategies and techniques to start showing up every day as the best version of themselves."

For those who have attended events hosted by The Entourage in the past, Delosa says The Elevated Entrepreneur Experience is "remarkably different" from anything he's done before.

"It's more centred on the human being, and for that reason, the breakthroughs are more profound," he says.

"Having this conversation with people who hold growth as the goal is my life's purpose.

"I'm more excited about this event than perhaps I have ever been to deliver an event in the last 15 years."
